SHIPPING & ORDER FAQ - PHYSICAL TEMPLATES

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? I aim to ship all physical template orders within 5 business days of purchase. Please note that during busier times, your order may take slightly longer to dispatch since I work solo in the studio. I appreciate your patience. To check the status of your order, please email fran@fromfran.com.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? Shipping takes 7-21 business days after your order ships. If your booklet doesn't arrive within this timeframe, please reach out to us.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? To keep shipping costs affordable, tracking is not included by default. If you'd like a tracking number, please reach out before placing your order and an extra $10 will be added to your shipping cost.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes. Please consider that your country might require customs tax payment and I cannot be responsible for that extra charge.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING? Please email fran@fromfran.com within 48 hours of delivery. All claims for damaged items or missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

DIGITAL TEMPLATES FAQ

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TEMPLATES? Digital templates are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes. If you still haven't received your files after 24 hours, please email fran@fromfran.com.

WHAT FORMAT ARE THE DIGITAL TEMPLATES? Templates are provided as PDF files that you can print at home or at a print shop.

HOW DO I PRINT THE TEMPLATES? Print at 100% scale (no scaling) on standard letter or A4 paper. For durability, consider covering your templates with clear tape.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON DIGITAL TEMPLATES? Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues with your files, please email fran@fromfran.com and I'll be happy to help.

CAN I SHARE OR RESELL THESE TEMPLATES? Templates are for personal use only. Commercial use and redistribution are not permitted.

TEMPLATE USAGE FAQ (BOTH PHYSICAL & DIGITAL)

DO THESE TEMPLATES INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS? These are templates only, but we include a Slab Step-by-Step PDF overview that covers how to work with slabs. We also have YouTube videos and Reels showing techniques. If you have questions, I'm always happy to help!

WHAT SKILL LEVEL DO I NEED? Intermediate to advanced. You should be comfortable with slab construction, scoring and slipping, and assembling multi-part forms.

HOW MUCH CLAY WILL I NEED? Approximately 2-3 kg of clay per booklet, depending on your slab thickness.

CAN I MAKE DIFFERENT SIZES? Yes! Scale the templates up or down (on a photocopier for physical, or when printing for digital). Remember to adjust shrinkage calculations accordingly.

CAN THESE BE USED WITH ANY CLAY BODY? Yes—the templates work with any clay.
