HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Shipping costs start at $28 for the first item then $5 is added per additional item. Please consider that your country might require customs tax payment and I cannot be responsible for that extra charge.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?

Please email fran@fromfran.com within 48 hours of delivery. All claims for damaged items or missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

DO YOU OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING?

I offer complimentary shipping to addresses within the United States for qualifying orders over $350 and complimentary shipping for international orders over $500.

CAN I MICROWAVE MY CERAMICS?

No. Never.

CAN I USE THE DISHWASHER?

You can, but I recommend washing by hand when you have the time :)
